Terms of Use

In effect as of 25 March 2026 — Timee.fr, appointment scheduling software for personal care professionals.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the rules for accessing and using the Timee.fr platform (hereinafter "the Service") by any user, whether a subscribed professional (hereinafter "the Professional") or a patient/client booking an appointment online (hereinafter "the Patient/Client").

Using the Service constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Service.

Timee.fr is published by Timee, whose registered office is located at 11 Allée Saint Éleuthère, 7522 Blandain, Belgium.

The Service is available 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance, technical incidents, or force majeure. Timee.fr endeavours to notify users in advance of any planned interruption.

Access to the Service requires an Internet connection. Connection costs are the user's responsibility.

Timee.fr reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

To use the Service as a Professional, creating an account is mandatory. The Professional agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration;
  • Keep their password confidential and not share it;
  • Notify Timee.fr immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.

An account is strictly personal and may not be transferred or shared with third parties without the express authorisation of Timee.fr.

Timee.fr reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.

The Patient accesses the Service via the Professional's public booking page, without mandatory account creation. By booking an appointment online, the Patient/Client:

  • Accepts that their contact details (name, first name, phone, e-mail) are shared with the relevant Professional;
  • Consents to receiving SMS and/or e-mail reminders relating to their appointment;
  • Agrees to cancel or modify their appointment within a reasonable timeframe if unable to attend.

Timee.fr is not a party to the relationship between the Professional and the Patient/Client and cannot be held liable for missed appointments, late cancellations, or disputes between the two parties.

The Service is intended for professional use in the context of personal care or wellness activities. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or immoral purposes;
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures;
  • Collect other users' data without their consent;
  • Use bots, scripts, or any automated means to access the Service;
  • Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content;
  • Resell or sublease access to the Service to third parties;
  • Reproduce, copy, or decompile all or part of the Service.

Any breach of these rules may result in the immediate suspension of the account without prior notice.

The Professional is solely responsible for the information, photos, descriptions, and content they publish on their booking page. They guarantee that such content:

  • Is accurate and does not mislead Patients/Clients;
  • Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Complies with the ethical rules of their profession;
  • Does not contain unlawful, discriminatory, or defamatory statements.

Timee.fr reserves the right to remove any manifestly unlawful content without prior notice.

Timee.fr collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of the Service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679).

Professional's data: collected upon registration and used for account management and the contractual relationship.

Patient data: collected when booking an appointment and shared with the Professional. Timee.fr acts as a data processor; the Professional is the data controller.

Data is never sold to third parties. Every user has the right to access, rectify, port, object to, and delete their data by contacting: contact@timee.fr.

Timee.fr uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function (session, security) as well as audience analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). The latter are only set with your consent.

No advertising or third-party targeting cookies are used.

All elements comprising the Service (interface, source code, brand, logo, texts, visuals) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, even partial, without the Publisher's prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Timee.fr uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Timee.fr cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

  • Use of or inability to use the Service;
  • An interruption or unavailability of the Service;
  • Loss of data attributable to the user;
  • Use of the Service by a third party due to the user's negligence;
  • An act or omission by the Professional towards their Patients/Clients.

Timee.fr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material change by e-mail or notification on the platform.

Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.

Failing an amicable settlement within 30 days, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tournai (Belgium).
